Eyeliner

There are 3 thing i swear by before leaving my house, eyeliner, mascara and lip gloss

well am a certified make-up artiste and wanted give some tips on make-up..the first essential to me is EYELINER...Picking the Right Eyeliner depends on a number of factors, including the steadiness of your hand and the overall effect that you are looking to achieve. The best way to do that is with a thin line of color just above your upper lashes and just below your lower lashes. Hold the eyeliner pencil in your dominant hand. Place the index or middle finger of your other hand at the outer corner of the eyelid and pull gently to tighten the flesh. This reduces the tendency of the pencil to tug the skin of your eyelid as you try to apply the eyeliner

Liquid eyeliner is applied with a thin brush. Liquid eyeliner should only be applied to the top eyelids. It tends to be thicker and takes longer to dry. you really do need to keep your eyes closed until the eyeliner is completely dry to avoid smudging and raccoon eyes.( just wave it dry)

Eyeliner Pencil

Eyeliner pencils are the very easiest way to apply eyeliner to your eyes. eyeliner pencils are dry and tend to pull at your skin as you draw them across your lids.

1. Always sharpen your eyeliner pencil before using it on your eyes. This helps get rid of any bacteria that has accumulated on the tip of the pencil. If you want a smudgy look, you can use a clean fingertip to round the point a bit before applying the eyeliner to your eyelid.

2. To make it easier, focus your eyes downward as you line upper lids.

you should also replace your eyeliner pencil every six months or so to prevent infection. If you're looking for a very dark black eye pencil right now i swear by Smolder by Mac and Black opal's black eye pencils.... in my next post i'll talk bout Mascara and Lip Gloss ...
